Shipping Policy
Shipping
- Process all in stock orders within 2-3 business days. Made to order or custom orders could take up to 4-6 weeks. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays.
- On occasion we may experience high volumes of orders, shipments may be delayed.
Shipping Rates FedEx
- Expedite (2 days) $25.00
- Overnight (1 business day) $50.00
- Orders over $100 will require a signature
- Presently, shipping ONLY to addresses within the United States
- We do not ship internationally at this time
- No PO boxes
Shipping Confirmation
- Shipping and order confirmation will be emailed when shipment is ready to be shipped. Email will include tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Taxes
- Local taxes, if applicable, will be added to your order. The Diamond Room collects sales tax in South Dakota. The Diamond Room is NOT responsible for any other tax that may apply to your order. All fees imposed (tariff, taxes, etc.) during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer and not The Diamond Room.
Damages
- The Diamond Room is not liable for any product damaged or lost during shipment. Please contact your shipment carrier to file a claim if your order is damages. Before filing make sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods.
