Return Policy

If you wish to return for any reason, you may do so within 30 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund of your purchase price. Items must be in like-new condition and have not been altered or modified in any way from the original purchase.

If item(s) were purchased on a debit or credit card, the return must be refunded on the original card. If purchased with cash or personal check the refund will be issued with a Diamond Room business check.

*Special/Custom orders are NON-returnable.

Shipping Policy

Unfortunately at this time our site is non-ecommerce, but if you see something you like, you are able to purchase over the phone and we will ship it to you.

Shipping charges: Range from $15-$200 (depending on item, location and shipping type) All packages will require an adult signature.

Packages ship Monday-Thursday, excluding holidays

• To ensure the utmost security and expediency, The Diamond Room utilizes Federal Express as its primary carrier, as well as the U.S. Postal Service.
• All packages are insured.
• If an item is not currently in stock, we provide you with the forecasted delivery date.
