The Diamond Room values each of our customer’s and acknowledges that certain situations do arise where special attention is needed or requested. Under these circumstances, we will do our best handle each situation on an individual basis.

All credit card purchases will be refunded electronically back to the credit card account.

All cash or check purchases will be refunded either by a company check issued at the time of the return, or put on a store charge for use at a later date. Though we will do our best to accommodate each of our customer’s, some special orders may not be cancelled, exchanged or refunded.
